Return Policy and Changes in Service

1 - Refunds are valid only 24 hours (1 day) after making the purchase..
2 - A refund of the service may be made if the rented service presents technical problems during the 72 hours (3 days).
3 - (RAM, CPU, DISK) & IPv4/IPv6 upgrades are non-refundable.
4 - Additional products are non-refundable.
5 - Service upgrades are non-refundable.
6 - Products marked as (resale) are not refundable.


Abuse in services

VultamNodes Hosting is not responsible for any damages that your company may suffer, it does not offer guarantees of any kind, corporate or implicit. By renting any of our services the client accepts:


(1) - Avoid resource usage limits such as bandwidth, CPU (vCores) RAM. (Does not apply to dedicated services).
(2) - Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.
(3) - Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
(4) - Booters (web front-ends) / (Outbound DDoS Attacks).
(5) - Use of TOR.
(6) - Material protected by copyright and other property rights without proper authorization.
(7) - Spam / Email Marketing / Sending mass emails. SMTP services (Mails) are blocked by default (Except in WebHosting), if you need to use SMTP services.
(8) - Port scanning, hacking, ransomware and/or malware.<
(9) - Identity theft.
(10) - Child or adult pornography.
(11) - IP Spoofing.
(11) - Phishing.
