99.97% network availability monthly

Downtime Compensation

If we fail to meet our uptime promise, we'll provide service credits:

    Every 12 hours of downtime we will provide a day of credit.
    Credits applied to next month's bill.
    Must request within five business days.

What's Not Covered

    Planned maintenance.
    Customer-caused issues.
    Unexpected external events or acts of god.
